If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a refund of the purchase price within 30 days of receiving the product. ‘Ukuleles that have been customized are not eligible for refunds.
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use in order to receive full refund. Buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs. All returned items must include all original packaging, manuals, accessories, etc. (if applicable).

Shipping from Hawai'i can be a unique challenge due to the distance from the mainland United States.
