If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a refund of the purchase price within 30 days of receiving the product. ‘Ukuleles that have been customized are not eligible for refunds.
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use in order to receive full refund. Buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs. All returned items must include all original packaging, manuals, accessories, etc. (if applicable).

Standard delivery usually takes around 4 business days.
Shipping from Hawai'i can be a unique challenge due to the distance from the mainland United States.
However, our team works diligently to ensure that your package is carefully prepared and shipped in a timely manner, so you can receive your items as soon as possible.
Please note that when ordering around the holiday season, shipping carriers may experience delays due to an increase in package volume.

Warranty Coverage: Our 'ukuleles come with one year (1) warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship for the original purchaser. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
Warranty Claims: If you believe your 'ukulele has a defect covered under this warranty, please contact us at inquiries@pacificukulele.com. We'll ask you to provide proof of purchase and a description of the issue you're experiencing. Pacific Ukulele reserves the right to determine upon inspection if the warranty claim is valid or not. If we determine that the issue is covered under warranty, we'll repair or replace the 'ukulele at no charge to you.
Please note that you are responsible for shipping the 'ukulele to us for evaluation, and we'll cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replaced instrument back to you.
